If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an order is 14 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Cost of the return
You are responsible for the arrangement and the cost of the return shipment, provided that you have received the correct product(s) according to your order.
If you haven´t received what you have ordered (product, colour, size, etc.), or if the delivered product is damaged or malfunctioning, the arrangement and the cost of the return shipment will be borne by us.
For any product returned to Trionic Canada. charges a 10% restocking fee, provided that the product delivered corresponds to your order.
Once Trionic USA Inc. has received the returned goods in the same state as delivered, you will get 90% of the purchase amount refunded.
Consequences of an insufficient product return
If you are unable, in whole or in part, to return the goods as received or only able to return the goods in deteriorated condition, you shall be obliged to provide compensation for the loss in value.
Shipping costs are non-refundable
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. For small orders under 200 EUR, Customers may be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an item at the discretion of the seller. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
